Our basic service includes a dedicated phone line where calls are answered by a professional receptionist who will text or email you the name of company, name of the contact, telephone number, email and a brief message, allowing you to call the customer back.

  • 50 minutes @ £59 per month, £1.09p per additional minute
  • 100 minutes @ £99 per month, £0.95p per additional minut
  • 200 minutes @ £196 per month, £0.94p per additional minute
  • 350 minutes @ £339 per month, £0.93 per additional minute
  • 500 minutes @ £480 per month, £0.92 per additional minute

Standard Call Answering

This includes all the features of our basic service but with the addition of detailed message taking, call forwarding, call screening, customer call back and appointment scheduling via your chosen platform.

  • 100 minutes @ £148 per month, £1.48p per additional minute
  • 200 minutes @ £294 per month, £1.47 per additional minute
  • 350 minutes @ £511 per month, £1.46per additional minute
  • 500 minutes @ £725 per month, £1.45per additional minute

Premium Call Answering

Our premium service is for those businesses that need more than just their calls answered. Each client is allocated a dedicated VA along with a team of back up VA’s who will have all been briefed on your business and its products/services. We understand that hiring a full-time member of admin staff is not always viable, so our VA service gives you the support you need at minimal cost.

Our team will not only answer your calls, but deal with all parts of the enquiry as if they were sitting in your office. This service includes all the features of our standard service but they will also contact enquiries that come into your mailbox using your company template, enter information onto your CRM, follow up on estimates, liaise directly with members of your team and relay responses to customers.
